Recently I studied Psalms 91, which is about abiding or enduring in the shadow of God. As I was studying this chapter one question came to mind: What do I have to fear? In the flesh, the answer to this is easily a list long. But in the spiritual realm, the answer should be that we do not fear for any reason at all. Again I say should be. Often times we forget how mighty our God is and that many times he tells us ” Do not fear.” I was reminded of this while studying this chapter. So today I want to share with you all what I learned. I won’t post the entire chapter but just a few verses that touched my heart. Mostly verses 11 and 12 they read:
“He shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, least you dash your foot against a stone.”
Can you imagine so much love from someone that they send their own people to protect your every move? In ALL your ways. That’s amazing! Thank God for his love! You basically have personal bodyguards sent from God himself to protect you every step of the way. Not only will these angels protect you they also take detailed care of you. This reminds me of first time parents. Especially a mother. If your a mom you know that a mother would go to the end of the earth for her child and God does the same for us. Even the smallest mistakes you can be guarded from. Most people make the biggest deal out of small things. But God doesn’t . How amazing is he that you can be protected for everything even the smallest of things. What amazing grace! So I ask you, What do you have to fear? Knowing only part of this chapter ,which is a peaceful and comforting part, you can walk with your head held high knowing that your heavenly father is your greatest protector all because you abide in him. After knowing what you know now, you have nothing absolutely nothing to fear! I encourage you to read this chapter and be empowered by the fact that out Heavenly Father here to protect us. Hold you head high Kings and Queens! Walk in confidence! You are protected! Do not Fear! You are covered in grace! And always
Walk by Faith. Move without Fear.
